Palava Fine Foods is a family owned and Colorado based USDA and FDA food facility. With the kitchen being the heart of our home, we wanted to share our cooking with other foodies in the Denver metropolis and opened restaurant in 2007. Our customers could not have enough of our hand-crafted samosas and chutney sauces featured on our appetizer and dessert menus. We have since then converted our restaurant into a food production facility. We have partnered with local retailers to extend our products to the public. Additionally, we have also partnered with Shamrock to extend their offerings to the wider culinary world.
Each of our samosa fillings and sauces are made in small batches. We employ a delicate craft to turn flour, water and a variety of locally sourced meats, herbs, spices, vegetables and fruits into edible art. The results are succulent and lingering flavors; with thick, chunky and full of texture that are hand-wrapped in delicate dough.
Our chutney sauces are slowly simmered for hours to extract the perfect balance of flavors.
